Our approach to each job begins with our project manager assessing the clients needs and creating a bespoke cleaning solution to address these. The assigned Project Manager will stay the same until the project is completed and will be on hand throughout the process. In short, the manager that designs the plan is responsible for all within the plan.
Once the project plan is approved, work will begin and the appointed manager takes part in all daily meetings to report on progress and any other issues that may arise. All cleaning is carried out by one of our highly experienced cleaning operatives using state-of-the-art chemicals and equipment.
We will ensure all of our industrial cleaning is executed as efficiently and safely as possible to minimise company downtime. The project manager takes sole responsibility for all Kingfisher work on-site including Health & Safety alongside our Health & Safety advisor.
