Jamie Young
Operations Manager
Jamie joined Kingfisher in 2013 and is a real asset to the team.
Some of his responsibilities include: work schedules, Risk Assessments and Method Statements, organising and delivering Health & Safety meetings and organising PPE.
Away from the job, Jamie is a keen golfer and enjoys family time with his wife, four children and their two dogs.
Darren Harker
Operations Director
Darren joined Kingfisher in 1994 and is the managing Director.
His responsibilities include liaising with clients and employees and ensuring all company matters run smoothly.
Away from the job, Darren enjoys fishing and boxing. He has a busy family life and loves getting away to Scotland with his family and their two cocker spaniels, Jarvis and Monty!
Sarah Wells
Finance Director
Sarah joined Kingfisher in 2006.
Her responsibilities include keeping the company’s digital financial accounts up to date and ensuring spending budgets are adhered to.
Away from the job, Sarah has a busy family life, with 3 children and a cocker spaniel. She enjoys getting out for walks and family holidays in her motorhome.
Will Lacey
Assistant Operations Manager
Will joined Kingfisher in 2024 and is the Assistant Operations Manager.
Some of his responsibilities include supervising site operations, preparing equipment and assisting Jamie with Health & Safety implementation with PPE checks and Toolbox Talks.
Away from the job, Will has proudly been named Best Dad In The World 2 years in a row (by his 2 year old!), and is an avid filmophile.
Emma Young
Office Manager
Emma joined the Kingfisher team in January 2025, taking on the role of Office Manager.
“I really enjoy the day to day, managing training courses, liaising with HR and our management team, interacting with our staff and generally monitoring the stock within the business.”
Away from the job, Emma enjoys going to the gym, spending time with her family and their cocker spaniel.
