We provide all equipment needed, and complete manual mopping of all floor scrubber line edges close to and under production lines. This ensures that all nooks and crannies are cleaned of carbon dust, oil and debris build up.

Machinery and Control Box Cleaning

We specialise in cleaning bespoke factory machinery including control boxes, button boxes, plug socket housing and plant control box rooms.

We have completed thousands of machinery cleans for our clients, often bringing machinery, buttons and control boxes from being covered in black oil and dust to looking like new. We have never had an incident of accidentally hitting machinery buttons or emergency stop buttons, which allows us to conduct high quality cleans with zero interruptions to production.

High-Level Cleaning

High-level factory cleaning includes all areas of a factory facility that are unreachable from stepladders, such as roofs, girders, rafters, high-level machinery, pipework, walls and gutters. Over time it is easy for dust, oil, grime and contaminants to build which can lead to breakages, reduced productivity or, in extreme cases, fails in company safety audits.

High-level cleaning is a service that we take in our stride and our experienced team are fully trained in cherry picker and scissor lift usage, Health and Safety and COSHH. We have a repertoire of specialised equipment, such as industrial vacuums and high-pressure jet washers, to achieve a stellar result with every clean.
