industrial health and safety

Our work as specialist industrial cleaners and painters requires us to work in many hazardous areas on industrial sites. We are very diligent with our approach to industrial Health and Safety so that our projects can be delivered safely and effectively.

Our team regularly works across many different industries, such as different kinds of manufacturers, warehouses, construction sites, etc. Different sites, of course, come with their own hazards and risks that are specific to their industry. We are well versed in preparing our projects with these hazards in mind and planning thorough Risk Assessments and Method Statements to accommodate them.

As with all our projects, safety always comes first. We work with our clients and our Health and Safety consultants, D3 Risk Resilience Compliance Ltd., to prioritise safety measures for projects and mitigate risks as much as possible.

Our team receive regular Toolbox Talks as well as the latest Health & Safety training courses. We are diligent with equipment and vehicle inspections to ensure that our kit is always in top condition.

A primary role of industrial cleaning is to mitigate the dangers that come with unclean sites, such as build-ups of oil, dust, grime, product contamination, etc. Possibly the most important aim in most factories is to try and prevent industrial fires.

Many of our clients are manufacturers with hot furnace zones and production machinery, which often involves oily environments. The risk of factory fires is quite high if regular and effective cleaning isn’t managed well. Particularly around manufacturer hot zones, creating a firebreak with cleaning can be an effective tool for mitigating the risk of fire.
