Developing Bespoke Solutions for Lehr Cleaning

Kingfisher have developed a specialised working method for cleaning the internal structure of lehrs. This cleaning work takes place while the lehrs are out of commission, meaning the internal temperatures are cool enough for our operatives to safely operate.

We will work with you to schedule lehrs cleans for when your facility plans any organised maintenance and shut-down periods. This allows us to carry out work without unnecessarily extending the down time of your production lines.

Our experienced team clean all internal walls and surfaces in each zone of the lehr. The belt guides are then cleared of dust and debris with a high-powered industrial strength vacuum, to reduce the risk of contamination to the product. All of our operatives are confined spaced trained for this specialised service. A Health and Safety Manager conducts gas safety readings periodically throughout the project.

Once the works have been completed, our clients will receive a comprehensive cleaning report of the project.

Fire Prevention and Response Cleans
